do u take your t-shirt off when clubbing?
does anyone do this
i mean sometimes i really want to cos it gets hot dancing in a sweaty club all night - but in general people that do this (and have muscles) are looked upon as w@nkers
everyone thinks your doing it to pose and show off

I will probably go down in history as being the only guy that has never stepped foot inside of a club. But if I were to, my clothes would stay on.

the only time i wore a sleevless vest/t-shirt was to a rock concert
what i could not believe was that when we went to a bar before the gig the bar wouldnt serve me in my vest
IT WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF SUMMER
it was 34 Degrees outside FFS
that sh!t really makes me mad
why is it all the girls rock up in next to nothing - short skirts and boob tubes and thats deemed appropriate attire
but if a bloke shows a bit of skin he wont get let in
seriously who makes these rules
is it the same in america?
WTF

lots of people do it at the gay clubs i have worked at but they are mostly fat and out of shape so its gross. I dont do it but i do wear a black vest to work if it is hot.
-
The only people i have even seen do this are the paid dancers.

Never been inside a club/bar that would let you. Usually there is some sort of dress code...I hope. Even if you were allowed to there is no way I would or anyone around me would cause you would get laughed out of the place.

different in america i guess
in the uk you can take your shirt off but only in the proper pill popping open all night rave ups where everyone does it
dress codes are applied everywhere else though

No matter how hot you get, how much heat does that t-shirt really trap in? That's why you look like a poser because it's totally unnecessary.

I saw dudes that would do that at the clubs, I was thinking you look like a turd out there even if you are in shape and muscular.

where i live, if you're an average built guy and you take your shirt off, people just look at you for a couple seconds.
if you go to the gym and you're in good shape, you're instantly branded a dickhead poser, and everyone wants to kick your ass
generally i leave it on lol

Depends on the club.
At "Club Cafe" (aka "Club So-Gay") you'd be out of place if you weren't wearing a cashmere sweater... with another cahmere sweater tied around your waist!
At the "Ram Rod" you're shirt is probably gonna come off at some point in the evening, unless you're REALLY out-of-shape.
The only time when shirts-off is pretty much mandatory is at Tea-Dance, during the summer. Tea-Dances are held outside, usually by a pool or the ocean, and start when the sun is still up at 4 o'clock ("tea time"). You'd look a right dork with a shirt on at Tea.
Straight clubs are weird with men's dress code. It's all wanker music and bad light shows and lines out the door and snotty door-men like they're guarding the gates to Paradise... and they still won't let you in if you've got hair touching your collar or you're not wearing a collared, button-down shirt! Like, what is it? Catholic School?

At Surf Club in the summer yeah. But that's on the beach anyway. It's so hot inside the club your shirt is stuck to you. Most people have their shirts off just cause they're drippin wet.
