Dexa Scan
I am going to do a dexa scan before I start my next Cycle and then do one after. I was also thinking about doing a VO2 max treadmill test with blood lactate measurements.
My question is does anyone want to see before and after results? Or is nobody interested in that kind of data.

Lance Armstrong's Vo2Max rating is 85, where the average healthy male is around 40. Keep that in mind when you have your test performed.

Just to let you know you probably won't be too pleased with the LBM to fat mass analysis. The readouts that we were gettin at our univerisyt all seemed quite high...I mean guys that looked to be around 14% were reading like 18! But I guess it takes in account for the intramuscluar fat too, so that's probably why the values are a little higher than oine would expect.

So can anyone go to a college, even if they are not in one, and get this done, or do they need to be in a college to get this done???
I live in Kansas City Missouri by the way

well it's hard sometimes because universities are changing their policies. We used to be able to run the scans ourselves...not me, but the department, and now they have changed it and we have to get certified people in to run the dexa...even though the people in the kinesio department have been doing it for years. So if that is the case at your university then you may not be able to get one unless you participate in a study!
