Well I didnt wait to get the 60gb PS3 like I should of but I can still hook it up through ethernet. I currently use comcast cable for internet, does anyone know a good not to expensive ethernet connection company. How does it compare to cable from comcast. Do they also offer cable televsion through ethernet.

From reading your post you're getting confused. Ethernet is a type of cable you use for networking a computer or internet applicance to the internet. It's just the type of cable you need to buy.

If you already have a cable modem running from your cable to your computer, how is the computer connected? Wirelessly or is there an ethernet cable running from the cable modem to your computer. You can buy a router. It will allow you to connect your computer and PS3 to the internet at the same time.

    Here you go, $39.99:

When you setup the router you have to remember to reset your cable modem. You reset it by unplugging the power to the cable modem.

    1. Unplug the power to the cable modem.
    2. Connect ethernet cable from cable modem to router.
    3. Connect ethernet cables from router to PC and to PS3.
    4. Plug power back to cable modem and power up.
    5. Test and make sure PC and game system both have internet access.
    6. Enjoy playing online games.
