i believe the meaning of life is whatever you want it to mean... no one person can tell you the correct answer or the wrong answer...

i believe that life should be about following your dreams

At the same time though, this infinite loop, doesn't it basically work with GOD as well?!?! I mean, taking God's existence in a logical and scientific way, you must agree that God is a "something" and since we all know something does not appear out of nothing, therefore, God also needs a "creator," and so the question here also begs, did God have a daddy, and if so..."God, WHOOO'S YOUR DAAAAAADY?"

The director of the Human Genome Project just wrote a book called "The Language of God: A Scientist Presents Evidence to Believe". Read that, it will explain everything in there.

ok then who created the universe that we live in. I ask my self these typse of questions every day and its kinda weird if you think about it. Personaly sometimes I think there is a god and sometimes I do not. Its weird though if you think about the universe, there must be some sort of other life and where does the universe end..

If it does end then wtf is on the other side?

2 thoughts here one like stunner said it's whatever you want it to be and I also feel that the meaning of death is the meaning of life being that you try to have meaing(values, beleifs, life styles somethign to live for) before you die. It's hard to explain but if you think about it it's weird

Many astronomers believe there is HIGH probability of intelligent life out there. If there were a 1 in 1 trillion chance (a pessimistic number, woud actually be less) of intelligent life (according to an equation involving the amount of Sun like stars with planets orbiting it, ect, ect) there would be over 20 billion possibilites. Kinda mind blowing.

According to Conan, the meaning of life is to...

"Crush your enemies, see them driven before you, and hear the lamentation of the women."

No...wait...that was the answer to "What is best in life?"

If there is something I have learned while studying is that human intuition is always wrong when it comes to science.

We like everything to have a start and end, we like time to flow nicely without ever changing its pace, we like space to abstain from doing wierd things.

But the universe doesnt care about what we like and dislike. It just is the way it is. There is no reason to assume the universe hasnt existed forever. Heck we cant even understand what forever means if we start to think about things like closed time loops.

Saying god created the universe is just trying to explain something we dont understand by conjuring the existance of something else thats inexplainable. Its not a explanation.

hahaha thats very well put , i was thinking along the same lines . we're all using our own laws of reality to determine things that may beyond the scope of anyone.

I have experience plenty of shit I would like to say are because of ghosts and I guess I can of belive in ghosts. But what makes me doubt is that everyone and there grandmother has experience something ghost related. But not once have anyone found any proof for them that can undergo scientific scrutiny.
