what i do is write what i need down on a list.....i live in the country and hate to make more trips to town then i have too.......i keep a memo pad and write down what i need and do........

Yeah a to-do list is a must. I try to write down everything I need to do and buy at the store as I think of it, otherwise I get there and I'm like what the hell did I need???

A couple of times i went to go meet my cousin to go shopping and stuff and i actually left my car running and didn't remember until i was too far away to get my keys and the car was running and open all day long. That's bad!

I know nark, i just get out of the car and not only do i forget my keys in the ignition but i leave the car running and it sits there all day running. It's happened twice and almost happened again this morning but i caught it.
