If he was shirtless in both..It would be better to judge..
I'm not trying to be negative..I still think he looks pretty soft..
Has tightened up some and lost some body fat..

All I see is him losing a bit of fat, in the one pic u see his arms unflexed from the front, in the other flexed from the side...I can do that and look that different too

he looks no different in the 2 pics except for the fact that he's flexing in the 2nd one, has a black shirt which makes him look slimmer, has oil on his muscles, and overhead lighting....
i look 40lbs bigger with overhead lighting and oil!

not terrible but definitely a below average physique. 170ish with pretty high bodyfat would be my guess but hey just slap on some oil and strike a confident looking pose and you're good to go.

i saw him in his video promiscuous girl with nelly furtado and his arms look bigger than those pics. i remember thinking to myself "damn he's gotten some muscle". not saying he's competition worthy ...he's just improved in the last year. so kudos to him for that at least.
