im a powerlifter, and was never one to hold back on food with abs and obliques in mind...but ive still had to make weight classes, and know what its like to have discipline and self control. a cheat day a week is neccessary..you are cut as ****, but you cant grow on chicken breast and olive oil. the only thing i make sure of when im having a cheat day during dieting, is that it has some kind of benefit. i dont eat a bowl of ice cream and a chocolated bar, ill eat chicken burgers, cheese burgers, tacos, pizza...something with protien, and nutritional value. it keeps me from getting flat, keeps the thyroid guessing ya know...and also, keeps me sane. live a little man!!
