HUGE HUGE Xmas Spread....
My GOD! A glutons haven.....my office is having their breakfast, brunch, dinner smorgishborg here today,,,,,hundreds of people = every food you can think of.....I haven' cheated from my diet in 5 years.....would you do it? Free for all? I'd rather go insane and eat it all then just sample a few pieces, so I'll prob. refrain entirely....I can post pics later if you want....I Know NARK would chow,.....IBF* would pass.......just my thoughts, could be wrong...

I can never turn down free food!! We have lunches catered in about 4-5 times every couple weeks or so, and it's ALWAYS good food! I would do it!

Nah.....I'll feel like shit......there is nothing in the bb'dr world that you guys would call good except the fruit dish. Im talking pb cookies with hershey kisses, pounds of swedish meatballs, brownies, cakes, muffins, the closest to celan is bagels, egg something........I mean cookies, candies, chips, pop, pizza galore....its endless......it would surely break me.

Thanks boys...it really wasnt hard at all...5+ years, and its second nature to pass on that crap....plus i know I am obsessed with the abs, and looking at them last night, blurred and all, I'm glad I didnt do it.....I did, however, have a tb of pb instead of my nromal tsp prebed....lol
I need to get over this ab thing...it's emotionally and physically draining me to a point of near death.....scary.

I wouldn't call it discipline.. I'd call it paranoia.
Discipline is knowing when/how to indulge.. and when to stop.
Rank paranoia is the absolute and irrational fear of doing something... and that's what i think you suffer from Columbus.

Honestly unless your metabolism got replaced that of a rodent (Rat namely: who can gain/lose substantial amounts of fat/muscle in a day), i don't see how you could fear one day of eating.
It is impossible to get fat in a day.

If today wasnt an off day, I'd smack the left overs for you...yes, it's hard for me to grasp....no Im not worried about fat...or being fat...I got a loooong way to go before Im fat....bt losing the cuts and abs sux! and thats what I dont wanna c happen.....fat, no? Hell I could eat fast food every day for the month and not be FAT...but over 8%, well......
