Vagina. Anytime Im in the binge of eating something I just take an elevator and and occupy my time for an hour. It kills two birds with one stone...not eating and an extra session of cardio. I remember the thread a while back about the guy getting his gf to wake up at 6 to have sex so he wouldnt have to go running. Now thats effin commitment right there!
