How much can you DeadLift?
and at what bodyweight?
me : 537lbs @ 206lbs (260% of bodyweight)

DL 495lbs @ 265lbs. This is an area that I intend to work on this upcoming year. My goal is to have a 600lbs + DL by the end of 2007 and to remain all natty.

DL 200 @158lbs.. shooting for 210 on Saturday. This has doubled in 3 months mind you.

i was never big on deadlifts..they are definately asick exercise..but heavy squats were always more important to me..i used to rep 405 every now and then, but i was more into high reps for the big pumps on deadlifts.

Doing over 5 repetitions in a set of deads with HEAVY weight is scary due to increased chance of injury…remember it is a big complex movement.

I am scared of dead lifts because I dont know how the form works and I know that if you fvck up the form an a dead lift tour back is screwed. But im gona try them for the first time next week with my older brother

normaly i hate threads like this, but... the deadlift is my specialty and my favorite lift!!
610lbs at 181lbs
650lb at 198lbs
and hopefully in a few wks 675 to 700lbs at 220lbs

im 5'11 or so.. growing up on a farm doing manual labor n' lifting feed bags at age 6 really helped build a great foundation
been lifting since i was 9? or so (father made me, infact he punched me when i refused to work out lol )

505 on trap bar dead at 178, probable doesnt count,
475 @ 178 straitbar dead.

More then i should. I did dead's today at 405 of sets of 8 and 10.
Oh i also puked 1/2 throw work out. Dam fat burnners.

ok.. I have to post this.. girlfriend of mine.. shes 168lbs, 5'8, completely natural.. just the other day she pulled 335 for 2 reps, but this is a video of her pulling 315 for 4 reps. about a week ago. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uAHscn4gkPU
