    This thread got me pumped up to start deads again. I havent done them in probable 6 years. Went in today and rep'd 335x3 I was pretty proud of that for the first time in 6 years. yeah!!!!!!!

    225kg(506ibs I think) at a bodyweight of 200ibs or so. Goal when I get back on track is to get to 600 at 200. With straps, my grip strenght is pathetic.

    Ive pulled 250 kg in deadlift, with bodyweight roughly 96kg. (Ime not sure exactly what that is in pounds/ibs). That number sucks anyway, I will need to get stronger in 2007.

    thats around 560 ibs at a bodyweight of 210 ibs or so. Not exactly sucky

    man ive been off cycle for 2 weeks now and my dead has gone from 230Kg x 3 to 210Kg x 2

    man i'm pissed

    bodyweight 91Kg (200lbs ish)

    Nope, but im sore in places i havent been sore in a long time. I use to do deads all the time when I was in sports so i have good form. I could have pulled more but I didnt want to over do it the first time out.

    I have been deprived of deads this week because I was an idiot and was goofing around with my buddy, what do u know I roll on the knee i had surgery on and hear a crack and a pop.....I was improving every week too, was going for 375 for 4.....
