Absolutely right! In that price range, that's exactly what I would get. I totaled my old infiniti - early 90s model - so I'm jealous! Some day I'm gonna replace it with another infiniti - G35 6 spd! Great choice man!

Thanks...I just took it on a 400mile road trip & it was great...cruisin between 80-85mph the whole way...slight accelleration would bump it up to 100 easy to pass people..glad i got the g35 as opposed to the 350z...the back seat isnt huge by any stretch....but its big enough for more stuff..couldnt imagine a straight up 2 seater...I'll be hittin the road again from NY to FLA so I'll let ya know how that goes...should be a piece of cake..

I agree with you. My next car is gonna be either an Infinity Fx35, 2007 Chevy Tahoe, or a BMW X5.

But if you want a great car for the price......Go for a BMW 335i, the car is pure sex. Twin turbo V6. $40,000 brand new

Honestly I can never see myself in a 3 series..Just totally against it.. I would have to get a 5 series at least.... Im really leaning towards the Infiniti though

I test drove a G35 not to long ago, I was not too impressed, frankly because it didnt have enough torque for my likings. But I also use to American muscle, so finding that kind of torque in an import will be difficult without spending $50,000+

I hear ya.. the M6 package is tuned up a bit more however.. and don't forget its just a daily driver, how fast does it need to be... wait bad question to ask u lol

I use my cobra as a daily driver. I also have an 02 T/A WS6. That is a good daily too, lots of HP.

There is no reason IMO to get a new car because as everyone knows as soon as you drive it off the lot is loses value. Why don't you get a newer used car that will turn heads! Check these out and look @ the price. You will also have money to spare with the budget you have and I bet you can find better deals than I did...

yeah, that G35 is very nice, I was just thinking you could get something that you don't see a lot of. I've seen quite a few G35s driving around but I very rarely see a Porsche 911 (most porsches I ever see are Boxters) and I've only seen one Cadillac XLR ever. IMO, the porsche hasn't changed much over the last 8 years, so if you got a used porsche people would think it's brand new and DUDE, YOU HAVE A PORSCHE! you know... whereas you have a G35 and people are like oh that's cool. Just my .02

Man, I see the Cadillac XLR multiple times a day. It could be because I'm in Michigan but that car is extremely popular here. I'm surprised it's not more popular all over. My parents had one a year ago but got rid of it. I would borrow it to cruise around on a nice day but I would never buy one because it doesn't seem to be meant for anyone taller than 5'10". I'm 6'0"-6'1" and it was a little uncomfortable.

The porsche is a turbo (pictured) and start at around $150,000

The H2...please, get a real SUV if you even bother (porsche cayenne turbo S...530hp)

The elise is $39,995 but good luck finding one that cheap and they are stripped down like a go-cart...most are between $45-55,000

The XLR (pictured) is the 'V' stickered at $100,000

Lexus SC430...again please, slow as my ass and not that great...my mom had one.
