    Seizure letter and FBI clearance

    My new employer requested me to obtain an FBI clearance before I start with them. My concern is that I had received a “gear” seizure letter in Dec 2004. Would that appear in my FBI record?

    naw your good man. I got a level II gov't clearance for my job. I have had other parafanalia siezed before. No worries if there are no formal charges.
