Sore Ass Calves
every now an then when I do a leg work out or even jog I get sore calves
to the point to where I can't even go to sleep. Is this something that is pretty
common among us all who work out? Or am I not consuming enough potassium for cramps or muscle pain.

Do you have really big calves? Or are they normal or small?

I'm in the same boat usually.
Naturally large calves. When I take highly androgenic compounds (dbol , tren , M4HN, etc) will make my calves extremely sore the first two weeks. I just keep drinking water and taking my multi and it goes away.
Don't know why my calves get targeted. Something to do with them being larger then most ppls
