    So whos diet is getting killed with sickness?

    Man this crazy weather keeps getting me sick and it destroys my diet and I end up eatting under 3k calories sometimes when I start feeling sick and I hate it.

    For one, you should definitely get a flu shot. It's usually free in city hospitals and works great. Secondly, are you taking a good multivitamin? I swear you'll live to 100 and never get sick with a good MV.

    Oh yeah, I agree about getting a flu shot. I was sick a lot in 04, got a flu shot at the end of the year and wasn't sick at all in 05. Then I procrastinated the next year and they ran out flu shots, and I was sick a lot in 06. I made sure to get my flu shot this year.
