Why saturday nights are the best!
Cause the gym's are empty and I have the gym all to myself! don't u love when that happens?

I always prefer when the gym is semi busy, I dont know I guess I enjoy others in there cause i seem to push a bit harder and my energy levels are higher. Totally mental thing but
I also have on rare occasion trained on a sat/Fri night and liked it because I can play whatever on xm radio and on days that I look good I can take shirt off after workout and go through a few poses without feeling embaresed.

yeh i always have better luck early in the morning. i guess it depends if its 24 hour and how late you actually go...

My gym is dead on friday after 6...everyone is to busy getting ready to party and me and my boy only have to share the gym with like 2-3 other people.

Yea, cause when it's almost empty, it means im the biggest and best looking one there lol!

Yeh I have to admit I love a *completely empty gym.
Its funny too because when that 2nd guy comes in Ill try to intimidate him or act like hes in my territory now.
I just like the ability to scratch bodyparts in freedom but mostly there are always some weirdos who just dont know where to focus thier attention and anytime some dudes lookn at me I want to fight him for not minding his business.
Great, you see me. This is called another human being. Wtf are you looking at me for more than just a glance? You freakn me out dude..

Early in the AM for cardio and lunch time for weights at my gym always seem to be the best times to go. But if I sleep in just a little too much and get to the gym after 8am the cardio room is packed with soccer moms. Which in most cases would be a great thing but I just want to do my cardio at this point and not have to wait.
