True. But do it on your own without bringin all the glory to yourself. Maybe he can say that if he was 230 and 16 but hes 160 and 16.

well at least he is dtermined and doing something positive with his spare time. As mentioned his ROM sucks. He needs to stop training his ego and start using correct form.
