I have low Self-discipline. On the week I go to bed between 10.30 PM - 01.00 AM and I have to go up 05.00 PM. On the weekend I go to bed between 5 am and 7 am. Itīs my own fault if I am tired but I drink coffee and diet pepsi so I wonīt get tired. It would be better and healthier if I went to bed earlier.
Sometimes I have sleeping problems so I canīt fall asleep even when I try to sleep earlier and sometimes I sleep for a few hours and when I wake up I canīt fall asleep. Itīs just a few times a month that I have trouble sleeping(when I try to sleep but canīt), there are some guys here on the forum that have insomnia and have trouble sleeping every night.

I aim for 8, but normally get about 7 in the week. Then on the weekend I'll get ten both nights. Recently been getting some insomnia on Sunday nights. Nothing chronic like some of you bros - at least 5 hours.

I love reading. I'd have to... My degree is a 'reading degree': sociology; psychology; management...triple minor.
I love reading...but it doesn't put me to sleep.
It relaxes me physically.. but stimulates my mind.. So i'm more wired.
Doesn't matter what i read before bed.
well..'cept comics.
The really brainless ones like Archie comics are numbing.
