Bad day at the gym!
Anyone ever have a bad bay at the gym? Not like feeling weak, but ppl just piss u off so bad it puts u in a bad mood? Well today was my bi and back day and i went extra early so there wouldnt be many ppl in there. So i get through my back routine and go to the preacher curls to start bis. Well wat do u know, these two lil 120 lb freshmen had all the dbs from 20 lbs up to 50 lbs around both of the preacher curls! They would do like one rep and couldnt finish so they stop get another talk for like 5 min and then do another one rep set. SO i figure ill do some abs and wait on them to finish. 20 minutes later.....THEY ARE STILL THERE!!!!
Now all they are doin is pretty much talking and trying to look like they are lifting. So i politly go up and ask them how many more sets they have. "Uhhh today is our bicep only day so we will be here another 30 minutes so if u dont mind dont bother us anymore."
I wont put what i said in return because there would be to many of these ***** but need less to say i almost was escorted out of the gym. But i wansnt and the lil f***ers hurried up and cleared out so i finally go to do my sets. But it just ruined the rest of my workout. Sorry i know its long but i had to vent somewhere lol but i just hate ppl like this

you shoulda just TOLD them that you were stepping in to use the weights. Most people won't argue... but yes... we all have days like that!

they sounded like a-holes with their response. but couldnt u have done something other than preacher?

Something similar happened to me too.... It was my chest day and as soon as i arrived in the gym i couldn't find any free bench. When finally got one i couldn't find the db needed, the final blow arrived when i went to the cables as last exercise and they were occupied by three idiots doing an useless exercise... i had to give up!

when i get pissed off i just go find a hottie and holler at her for a while and it takes my mind off the rage. anger can be good motivation for a workout but a sexy blonde does the trick for me.

there was actually a kid curling in the squat rack today, and a muscle bound 110 pound 17 year old told me I was doing my one arm preacher curls wrong. prick
