mercedesdd back from begin sick

Hi all, I have been laid up for the past few months. I had what started out as some sort of sinus infection and ended up almost taking me out... I have been sick before but this S h i t was unreal. I am finally feeling better . I could not workout , hangout or do anything but I am slowly getting back into the gym and getting my appetite back. All in all as far as loss of muscle or gaining alot of BF% I must say I am extremely lucky. I could not eat as I was never hungry ( due to the infection) but I tried to keep my protein intake up as much as possible . I did gain a little bit of scale weight but I pretty much look the same.. When I was laid up I was so worried about losing everything I worked for all these years . Stress is a KILLER and almost got the best of me but in the end everything worked out!!! Well wanted to say Hi to all my bros here on the board...
