    My ass Hurts

    Dude damn I'm on strict diet of high protein and low carbs! I drink plenty of water but these 2 last day I have shit so hard that my assH... hurts

    What to dooo haha I know it sound sick, Oh yeah I'm eat less fat now, like oil ect ect HELP dudes LOL, I'm afraid to one day see blood and you know the results of that
