Steak- 12g fat/ 55 pro/ 0 carb
hummus- 10g fat/ 8 pro/ 25g carb
tabouli- unknown (all it is, is; parsley, green onion, tomato, lemon juice, mint leaves, cucubmer, salt, pepper. and olive oil).

The 25g of carbs from the hummus is the only bad part I can see in this meal but I don't care, I needed a big good meal!
