well bros i cant take it anymore this cast is f$*kin history i cut it off last night its been 2 weeks its gonna have to do. the hand is still pretty sore but i can move my fingers now so its healin i still cant really lift yet but just havin it off makes me

any ideas on ways to heal quicker? i need to get back to the gym i feel like im shrinkin my daughter said to me this mornin dad were are ur muscles uggggggg!

stuff like that just takes time, and boy does it ever suck so much.

Just don't try to push it and end up being out for even longer lol. then your daughter really won't like you.

think of it this way -it happened now could you imagine later in the summer like july or august that would really suck.

LOL, Ive had two boxers fractures and broken wrist all on my one had (at separate times), once it took the cast off a month early and my wrist is as good as new I wouldnt worry about it, I would not be lifting HEAVY weight though youll just **** it up even more, dont make any sudden movement with it either, and deffinetly dont be punching anything, lol, just take it easy with it you want to **** it up any more.

i would be careful man... the doc knows wat he is talking about. What happens if its not fully healed and u reinjure urself. U need to suck it up and leave it on for a few more weeks. 3 years ago i had a full arm cast for 6 weeks. Yea it sucks but its better than having a arm thats not 100% not trying to flame u man but just stick it out its better to be safe than sorry

how long were u suppost to have the cast on? i have broke both wrists and they were both only on for 3 week or less. casts are there for a reason bro

i should have kept it on for 3 more weeks atleast. im not liftin em yet but i wish ive been tryin to lean down during this time gettin ready for a summer cycle. been really just doing cardio and legs ,abs
