it will not be an easy process to get off the wagon. to kick the habit you have to undergo some serious ARA meetings (its like alcoholics anonimous..except for anabolics), as well as serious counseling.
But seriously i know what you mean, sometimes i have to study for exams and i find myself 2 hours later still on this forum...its like a drug..

i work 20 hours a week bouncing at night.... ive got nothing better to do than be on here..i was considering getting off to make a sandwich or play some video games. the plus side of having little ambition is the correlating absence of any real daily responsibility.
