Selling off personal possesions for juice...Good or Bad Idea?

I am imagine I am not the first one to do this, but I am seriously thinking about getting rid of some my electronics equipment that is just collecting dust to finance my next cycle. Money is kind of tight, as I just went through some major home repairs, bills etc, and I want to begin a cutting cycle before summer is in full swing. I know, I know cutting is done with cardio/diet but I have swung way to far into the darkside to ever go back. Anyways, who here has pawned off their stuff for juice?

I rekon it ***ends on if you value they equip or not. If it's not being used any more go for it.

But you don't really wanna end up down at the pawn shop for ya 'next hit' all the time do you? jk

That's basically how I feel, like a crackhead, but I reckon its worth it. I stare at my musically equipment every day and think of how much joy it used to bring me, and then I think how much more joy it would bring me if I converted to a big old jug of winny. I guess this the way of the darkside.

Hey if the stuff is just collecting dust there is nothing wrong with it. Now if you were trying to sell your moms watch or your kids nintendo that would be different.

You'll regret selling anything you've worked hard for, even in the name of roids, trust me. You'll feel much better once you get a bottle of juice in your hands... and you shoot it infront of your "musical" gear. In time... that musical equipment will intrest you again. When you shoot your last mL of gear... you will have nothing but an empty bottle, a used needle and an empty jam room. JMO. Also... I've been there, done that.... regreted everything I sold, even tho the gains were good that year... Only do it if you are 100% sure that you will not regret it.

This is the 5 string bass I sold off in 2001 for juice... Nothing special, but I worked my balls off for 2 summers for that thing when I was a teenager...
Got a new one since then but I was without a bass for over a year... I don't have pics of my amps, or mics that I pawned off, but you get the idea.

If you can't afford a cycle how will you afford the food needed during the entire year?

Just a thought. I'd spend the money there.

Thanx for the input guys. Anyways, you have a good point about all the extra protien needed and covering the costs for proper nutrition. I think I will just chill out for the time being and let myself reabsorb some of the costs I have incurred recently. I don't know if any of you are home owners, but my house is a little older and I am my own landlord, so when stuff breaks or wears out, I have to replace it out of my pocket. However, everybody has bills, this is life. Once again, thanx for the input, I wouldn't know what I would do without you guys.
