How do u deal w/ intensive moodiness?
hey folks, I'm in wk 3 of test e and deca , Over the past 2 wks, every evening in particuler, my mood is swing from bad to worst. The question is, how can I control my mood? or how do u control yours? Thanks

im sure you know they say if you have a temper dont do aas, but im gonna give you the benefit of the doubt cause i dont but when i took deca by week 4 i was a fkn maniac and im not that way at all i stopped it and threw it away

just deliberately ignore everything that pisses u off,bite ur lip bite ur tongue bite ur fukin cock if u have to but dont get angry at anything whatsoever,just pretend for 12 weeks that nothing pisses u off,walk away from all confrontation,tbh i also find it hard on deca but it can be done by pretending its not there

Eve primrose oil, B vits, fish oil, I also use St johns Wort which helps with mood (i use it to help with OCD). You may also try 5-htp. it increases serotonin levels. I tried it but found it disrupted my sleep so it did not suit me.

Meditation can help, and remember to just shut up and walk away if you feel the anger rising. Go someplace where you are alone and then scream. Take 20 minutes to cool down.
Lift heavy and intensely and have lots of sex.
With tren , I just like thinking about shit that would piss me off. Kind of fun being pissed off.

Mood drugs work best for me Klonopin, Remeron, Welbutron & one that replace the Remeron. DOn't know what it's called but it works good.Yes I know I have more than a anger problem but I love my gear & this stuff helped.
