    I think i broke my foot!!!!!

    I was doing weighted dips. I was going to do a negative with a extra 90lbs(2x45s). One of the 45s sliped off as i was putting on the other one and it landed right on my foof. I screamed for a second, I took my sock and shoe off and my foot is bleeding. Other then that I had a great workout. My strenth has droped a little bit but not much on PCT. My foot still hurts like a beeotch though .

    nope, the one in my pic is attached to me. 3 days prior to this it was spun around 180 degrees coming out the back of my leg, so I'm lucky it's still attached at all.
