so i dont know where else to ask this but.... Do if you have sex after working out or even will that increase your test levels in any beneficial way?

Dude, this question, has been asked already, Your always going to get smartass answears, but there was a responce that said a study done on levels showed natty test levels increase over about a 6 day spread with abstance from spanking/sex. after about 6-7 days your test levels top off.....
Another member said that progesterone levels increase and test decrease within like 90 mins post sex. And weve all heard about fighters stay away from women cause they "weaken the knees"
Now back to the smart ass answears!

i like to add some of mine into my post w/o shake with a little bit of that R-kelly's doo doo butter...i think muscletech makes it with all the extras already in it. i'm pretty sure that's what jay cutler takes

There is much literature on this if you research it. Particularly bodybuilding.com has some good ones. One interesting one claimed that not knockin boots for some 11 days (i think? may have to go back and look at it) and on that 11th day your test shoots up and then goes back down the following day, dont know if this is true or not but very interesting nonetheless. I find if i dont for a week or so I start feeling kind of...edgy or something i dont know.
