    Bodybuilding Book

    i was chattin to some guy on the net, and he gave me this lik for some BB book. anyone read it or got it? and if so, what did you think?

    Haven't heard of it, but there seems to be a ton of these guys out their "e-books." This guys gain seem great in and all, but he is a little condescending as far as what is his definition of natural. If you are looking for an e-book, I would look into what Anthony Roberts is pushing.
