I do get a lil shy when I see all these foos at the gym have two 45 lbs weights and some 20's and stuff when lifting and I just have a 20 lbs weights but Im like fvck it lol.. At least I am doing something to better my body right? Also it kind of irritated me last week when some guy came up to me just to tell me that I was not lifting enough weight. That I needed at least the 45 pound plates. I was lifting with 20 lbs plates. I just said oh ok thanks and kept on going. BASTARD just cause he was lifting like 3 45 pound plates.

cuz you have no life. the reason i dont have anymore posts then i do is... i have girls. you dont. plus, i dont get online on nights and weekends. only between the hours of 730-430 EST. so if you do start getting close to my whore count, i shall start getting on at night and on the weekends. which i have off nights and weekends, and i dont have class... so imagine the whoring i could accomplish!!

I am I always try out different weight sets until I find the one that its heavy but at the same time I wont trun purple for trying to hard. I think I have been doing pretty good with the 15, 20, 25 weight plates so far.... I just wanted to get a 5 pound dumbell and throw it at him in his mouth so he could shut up.

the window is shut...they've built a huge nest in a hole in the brick outsdie my window and somehow they find a way inside. this seriusly sucks...i need to fill that hole with some expandable foam or something

I'm slowly creeping up on my regular workouts. Been taking it slow since the hernia surgery on the 15th, Benching like 150 lb's and curling 30 lbs, over head press at 100lbs. In a way I don't mind it cause I'm doing more reps and getting great pumps, but my ego is all up in my head telling me people are looking at you lifting tiny weghts and so on. Fukk it, its all in my head, I get really pumped during my workout and thats what its all about.
