fukkk man. surgery? that sucks for sure. so your hands hurt you all the time? yeah the gym is definately a good anger releaser...thats how i get my anger out without going off on somebody and ending up in jail LOL. bad tempers aren't good

well its my wrist and its to the point where i cant put any pressure on them. like imagine your doing a push up. and you know how all your wieght is on your wrist. well i cant do that cuz it kills. like i cant even push my self out of bed. as long as i keep it straight and no pressure im cool. like i can write and type and text.

and its not all the time. i would come and go every few weeks for like a day or 2. not its been like 2 weeks straight and non stop. and its happening more frequently

i have to workout tonight. i have missed 3 days straight. well i meant to take the weekend off but i planned on going last night. then instead i had to go get some supplies from home depot and then went to applebees and by the time i got home it was already 11. and i was so full i didn't wanna do shit LOL

in all seriousness i've only ever been on one prescription........it was for toenail fungus....and it didn't even work really

it will be better. but there is a chance it can come back. but i think the chances nowadays arent to bad.

maybe like 20% that it may come back. but since i lift wieghts and beat my body up. it may raise that %
