the usual- 4lbs of red meat, 6 lbs of chicken, 3 dozen o-mega eggs, salad, 8 sweet potatos, oats, milk, cottage cheese, natural peanut butter,
the not so usual- V8 splash V8 veggie juice, italian dressing, bbq sauce (that good ole bbq sauce), franks hot sauce, 10 cans of tuna(to be my 9th meal of the day to help maintain, and the odds and ends stuff razors, etc

i may start going to the gym in the mornings before work. but ill have to go to bed at like 9. which isnt bad. i usually go to bed at 10

I love the part when he is about to lift that 725lbs for reps and at 2:53 its like a demonic voice that kills me everytime. Ronnie is a straight geekfest I love the dude

well maybe 930. lets see. get up at 630. work out till 730 then shower and at work by 8.
i could do that. so if i got up at 630. 8 hours of sleep would be 10. that sounds better
