    Yep I got a diet regiment and all but I don't stress eating a cheat meal every so often. I love buffets and I'm not one of those that gotta stress so much, and you don't either. Just like Ronnie, Flex, Arnold, and many other big ass mofos. Its funny the ones that are so strict on their diet aren't ever that big IMO at least the few I ran into. I'm 5'11 aswell, and to be honest I'd probably be at roughly the same stats as you by now if I didn't stop training for 18 months and put on 85 pounds...I seriously kick myself everyday bout it. I don't know what the hell happened, it was mostly a 3 way combo of getting a full time job (was part time before), a lazy girlfriend and joined a band and started playing. Drank my life away instead of training. But I'm on my way back, I aspire to be built like you are. And then of course more, and more, and more!

    Dude I hear you. You'll get there no prob just get you a diet , train, cardio and be dedicated. Thats the main key is dedication. THe more you want it the more likely you'll be able to get there

    we're on the same page there. if i can eat a few cheat meals per week while bulking and maintain consistent bf, then why not? i so much extreme cardio and endurance workouts with rugby, i kinda need some of those cheat meals to not loose weight

    he still looks pretty fvckin solid i just have give him a hard time cause when he came off his contest prep, he went from a lean and ripped 195 to a bloated 225 in like a week.

    I bet so. And I agree. I have grew to 195lbs with a half ass diet of eating 4-5 clean meals a day with 2-3 cheat meals a day as well. And I wasn't ever over 10% bf

    since i started playing rugby, i can eat pretty much anything i want and not get fatter. im so excited tomorrow all i have to do is show my student id and i get a free chipoltle burrito. im gonna hit up every chipoltle in town and hopefully get my fill
