    it went very nice. we watched some tv. we actually didnt even have sex. i just wasnt in the mood to do all that work. lol. then she stayed over and we cuddled all night. and she took me to work this morn cuz my cars dead.

    and my wrist actually feels really good. i would try and get to the gym but dont have a means of transportation to do so. plus i know if i work out today. my wrist will kill tomorrow and i wont be able to work out for the next week

    Yah man I feel the urge too, I'm gonna hit another (stronger/longer) Prop and Tren cycle, wouldn't mind tossing something else in but that's just me being greedy, I won't.

    Last one I did, just a short 5 weeks, gained 15 pounds and kept it all. Low doses too, so I'm gonna up them a bit and see what happens haha. I guess my body loves juice.

    68 kg (those would be like 150 lbs?) (started lifting weighting 52kg/115lbs)
    173 cms (those would be almost 5,8?)

    Im so pissed my weigh in didnt go at all how i wanted it to go... I fcuking gainged back the 10 lbs that i had lost before I got on clen .... how the fcuk can I gain weight when i am on clen...... that shit can happen only to me ugh.

    Well it should say on the packaging a lot of food differs b/w the grams and amount of protein contained in it so you have to check the package. There are also sites that will break down the averages. If i remember the grams amount to ounces I'd say your getting in about 30-40 grams of protein in 125 grams of chicken which I don't know you stats but I'd say double it. Also don't see in fats in your diet. YOU NEED FATS. Eat whole o-mega 3 eggs in the morning and forget all the other junk at the supplement store except creatine, protein supplement, EFA's, a multivitamin,joint supplement (if needed) anything else is just extra: NO, glutamine. Been doing a lot of reading and it seems that glutamine through an IV is the only way its really useful.

    That's terrible, don't know how that works. Never done clen , ECA worked wonders for me though.

    That reminds me of when I was younger and bought hydroxycut hardcore and gained 8 pounds.

    Here do something like this Voland and good base to follow

    Meal 1: Scoop of Whey, whole eggs, oatmeal
    Meal 2: Sweet Potato, Chicken (preworkout_
    Meal 3: Oats, banana, whey (postworkout)
    Meal 4: Lean protein meal: chicken, rice, raw cashews
    Meal 5: Fatty protein meal: steak/salmon, potato salad
    Meal 6: Fatty protein meal: Same
    Meal 7: either Casein protein/ cottage cheese/ more whole 0mega eggs and oatmeal

    Meals are interchangable so do as need. I'll allow you to pick and chose you gram amounts but look into upping it to 2 grams of protein per lb, with 2-3 grams of carbs per lb and plenty of HEATHLY FATS. I can't stress FATS enough, they are so vital. I can get in all the carbs and protein I want but without fats I won't gain I don't really give up diet info, its kept secret but its the post whore forum with my lovers so I'll write it down. Also if need be add in a cheat meal once a day. Alot of the members disagree with it but with so many pros telling me this I'll go with what they say (extra calories) I don't get it down to a exact science during the offseason, no need we're gaining and if bf% is in check you should be ok. Alright I'm done. Enjoy!!!
