Some sport you cant but most you can. you cant do boxing etc but can row, run, play basketball...

They still get in the way. What happens in basketball if you take an elbow to the face, more particularly the eye area? You let me know, thanks. Same goes in Soccer. Baseball players have shown significantly better statistics once they get lazer eye surgery or wear contacts. Do you want to try wearing a football helmet wearing glasses? All your going to see is white from your lenses fogging up. How about hockey. I've played ice hockey for 15 years. Do you think wearing glasses on the cold ice with your body temps constantly soaring is going to maintain clear lenses on your glasses? Get real. Theres a reason why the real pro-athletes don't wear glasses anymore. The closest thing pro-athletes will wear to glasses are sports goggles. 99% of the others get the surgery or wear contacts.

I just noticed you said rowing...What happens if theres an accident and you guys tip over and fall into the water? Theres a slim chance those same glasses are staying on your face once you take the dive in.

there are some thing to attach the glasses and they don't fall plus there are also prescription swimming glasses (i have ones).

same goes for contacts. what if you get hit and you contacts fall (which you know happens). The match has to stop until the dude finds the lent.

Im thinking weighnet pullups, pulldown, bb rows, cable rows with v attach and one arm cable low rows (i alternate one week low, the other high). Dead one once every two weeks. ok bring ok the mass builder propaganda but they dont built shit for me. i dont even know why i do it.

I feel relieved everything with the ex is finally done with for GOOD...he is no more. YaY! It's taken about 6 months too long to finally rid my life of him but I had to do things my own way. It's hard for me to learn that there are people like him in this world that don't think about anyone but themselves. But this whole experience has really opened my eyes.

I know that there is much better out there for me.
