    hi bitches. Help to all of you who go fro the ripped look.
    Ok here the thing i almost never look at my image in the mirror.
    Mistake, today i did. I this months of supersedentary job if became FAT without realizing how grossly fat i've become. I've got that floater on mi abs and well you know...
    So tomorrow i'll start dieting and cardio 7 days a week.
    what do you think is best

    a) 3 pro/fat meals and 3pro/carb meals
    or
    b) divide the total daily carbs in 5 meals and the last be pro/fat

    some supplements THATS ARE NOT fat-burner containing tons of cafeine, taurine, gurana teine etc etc that WORK/HELP????

    yea .. 5 minute warm on bike, than jon2min/ sprint 1min. i do 5-6 times than another 30 mins of reguar jog.
    i definelty feel the burn and am hungry more.
    also starting to loose that fat around abs.

    fvck ruhl. gimme some diet tips!!! not some keto shit i tried that years ago and by the second day i was fainting. I'd rather do cardio x3 7 days a weeks than some hardcore NO carbs diet.

    ok. i'll go walking to the job. That will give me 35mins well considering my pace 25mins.
    Then WO at 14.30h and swimming everyday at 21h before dinner.

    Prior to swimming i'll be taking glutamine and aminos, i'll also take em after. At least i wanna keep the muscle i've got.
