Any of you guys ever tried "GNC Total Lean"? A girlfriend of a friend of mine took it for a week and said she couldn't take the hyper side effects so she stopped. I read the back and basically called her out her BS cause it didn't seem to have much in it. At least not like the fat burners I've taken in the past. Anyway, this morning I took one pill and was sweating my ass off within the first 5 minutes on the elliptical. I don't feel hyper or anything but it seems to be good at getting up the body temp.

I take an ECA stack when I hit a plateau but never the premixed stuff. I kind of laughed at the product as GNC has as much credibility as Richard Simmons but the product seems to work. I guess we'll see how I sleep tonight.

that's a fairly rare surgery...it wouldn't be her whole meniscus, just the damaged part that's been removed. We use dead people parts a lot in spine mostly their bones.
