    Mmm... dinner was good. Homemade lentil soup and lamb tandoori (spiced tender lamb slow cooked then sauteed and served with spinach, onions, and peppers).

    yep what I would love to look like the whole proportions and everything, Classic physique with mass. Him, Kevin Levrone, Shawn ray. IDK Dennis Wolf has got a classic "structure" but the shape of his muscles is just not as pleasing as some on these guys. Ronnie and Ruhl are great but I personally like the balances of these guys MUCH better, I'm sure most would agree
