Many of the whores end up here because they can't take the idiocy outside, and enjoy chatting with like-minded people. Some of the best advice I've seen is in here. I can't very well talk about this stuff with anyone in my normal life about this most of this stuff 'cause they don't really care.

yeah i agree its a chat room with some smart folks in here. The Q+A now is "I'm starting my first cycle what do I have to take to look good for spring break." I don't like to be repetitive. I did it here and it got old after 2 weeks. Same shit. Rarely do you get someone I'd say is a true athlete or very very dedicated and educated. You gotta use the search function to look over all of the old mods material and retired folks, past HoFers that don't come around etc. Genius stuff hidden throughout the place just gotta look in the right places.

I'd recommend you boys to read up on slin maybe run that protocol for 4 weeks pwo application only then find you a protocol like mine above and roll with it. You know start low at first and work your way up 5iu then 6, 7, 8 and so on for your first time.
Then begin to run it PCT w/ some Sarms or look into peps. MGF, cjc1295, ghrp6 etc. stuff that won't shut you down bet you'll come off a lot better and keep more if not improve then just with some silly old clen

I don't understand how you can be that stupid to think 25 sets for a part can be productive. The contest dieting believing cheats meals will help in the process cause it restarts your metabolism. Thats beginner thinking. He has been here 3 years and hasn't truly increased his knowledge past the magazine/muscletech/i'm the shit cause i workout stage

yeah you actually never need a cheat meal. Carb up properly and get yourselfbout of the deficit its in, throw a refeed day with the right food sources. Though I know the right pros can do it with the right drugs but ruhl is not that gifted hence being 17% offseason as I myself cheat on my diet 6-10x a week eating burgers, chinese food, etc etc and still stay around 10-12%. obviously he was not gifted with a great metabolism. so he should not cheat whatsoever in his diet and after seeing what he looks like he maybe one to need a keto diet in order to get in proper contest shape

On this site we are lucky to have a lot of knowledgeable guys and quite a few with competitions under their belts. I'd be begging them to share their thoughts and advice if I was even thinking of competing. I like Rühl well enough, but that is foolish and hardheaded.
