i've heard it's good, i have only done body pump once on a bet(i was bet i couldn't do 60min of HIIT, followed by body pump, followed by body combat, followed by boot camp, which is 270min of cardio total)

So Phate what do think about some of the TRULY gifted pros that are able to cheat on there diet weeks out from a contest. Brandon Curry, KEvin Levrone have all been spotted getting chineses food, burgers, and such 6 weeks or less from a contest. I eat like shit probably with 56 meals a week probably 8-10 times and still never lose my six pack or any vascularity especially when on something. I tend to tighten up and there is no T3 in my cycles.

some people are just metabolically gifted like that i guess, but i bet some of those pros have a little chemical "help" backing them up, remember that i haven't cycled so i don't know how my body would react to AS and if i would be able to cheat and still maintain vascularity and such, as it is right now my body is very unforgiving since i was so fat when i was younger(over 40%) and i still retain those fat cells and they blow up if i deviate very much
