    you're right, if I have kids they're going to be raised free range. I won't even talk to them so as not to imprison their mind with my ideas. No school for them, they're going to be free thinkers.

    How about working arms x2 a week.
    after years of just doing 3 sets 6 max after back or chest.
    Which gave me more than fine gains, maybe if i work as usual plus add an arms day for 6-8 weeks i'll improve my arms, keeping peoples attention away from my small delts and back

    I lift every other day and add in fitness type stuff on off days depending on season of amount of time in my schedule. It's all I'm willing to make time for. I don't want to get too much bigger, 260 is getting borderline scary. Gonna cut to 235 after this cycle.

    you you sport 7/7 right, between lifting and fitness (and that is???).
    So i'll improve me arms doing that right. maybe a heavy day reps 6-10 and a medium day reps 8-12.

    There is a point in between leaving a new born in solitary confiment and building an envirorment where a kid can grow without the poison of society (at least at the kids younger age, when their personality, behaviour, etc etc are building).

    2. Chest-tris (heavy)
    3. cardio
    4. Legs
    5. Delts + arms (medium)
    6 and 7 cardio.

    sound good, both for better arms and melting this stupid fat.
    Be aware that since march I'll be eating all my meals, cooked at the moment at home, training at optimal hours, etc. cos i wont be working.
