    been alright...sick again. i get sick too often lol. got me some vitamin c and been taking that like crazy along with fish oil and some cold medicine...drank some nighttime nyquil but the shit ain't working. other then that just been going to the gym alot lately...took about 3 weeks off and fukk i wish i wouldn't have...been hitting it hard for about 2 weeks now and hope to start gaining again.

    nope, didn't move to NY. Decided to stay here a little longer and take care of a few things first. Things haven't been going too great but i'm hoping to find some work soon...this economy sucks!!
