    So I think I'm going to start doing cardio on my days off to improve my endurance and cardiovascular system. Sorry I don't do cardio while bulking no need I don't get fat

    I need to improve my overall health and so I'm not breathing heavy on stage and it will make lifting heavier easier in some respects. I'm not doing it for fat loss so I'll be eating probably about an hour before hand
