Today i saw a girl i liked but she had this pissed face for no reason (why on eathh do most woman carry that face?) that and the fact that she was spanish, 1 ft taller than me made me decide NOT to approach. a lot of spanish chicks look angry
like Jenifer Lopez for example (I know she's not spanish)
She always looks angry and like a mean person to me
She's had like half a dozen x-husbands, so I'm guessing she sucks

I consider cycling at least once...but everytime i think about the pros there are so many cos...that draw me back...
But if one day i do a cycle (only after i got my gyno surgery, which is a priority) i now it would be:
500 or 600mg test (cyp if im living in spain as there is no E here, E anywhere else) + Adex + finasteride
PCT
HGC + nolva + clomid

why you need gyno surgery?
it's probably fat that you could loose by exercise
When I hulked on a lot of fat, I was holding fat in the chest, still am a bit
looked like a had some sweater puppies going on
try getting your body fat down before going under the knife

yeah, but now I gotta loose 30 pounds or at least 20 without loosing all this glorious muscle. I haven't even been eating a super lot.
guessing 10 pounds is water, will come off the first week
a good % of the rest is muscle but you always loose a couple pounds of that in pct. Then I want to loose 10 pounds of fat with minimal muscle loss.

I cant stand diet anymore...
i loved eating...but bbing diet is si boring, so painfull...i can do the 5 times a day but i'm doing something like 8 or 9 (eat every 2,5 hours) cos my "day" is so looong

you can be good with 150-200g carbs a day.
calculate your calorie needs.
Then substract the calories of the protein.
to the number left subtract 800 cals.
Divide the number left by 9, there you have the grams of fats you need.
Fat make you eat less and get same calories for fuel.

carbs have to convert to protein at a caloric loss and only when nessicary
get too high a percentage of total cals from carbs mo fatter
you want to only have a small surplus of carbs
depends on what you're taking in total for your calorie needs
but at 130 pounds I'm guessing you don't need 250 grams
