Nah, it's like a cup of coffee that lasts all day and keeps my brain on track, otherwise I'm all over the place with tons on energy but get nothing done. It's strange but they make me a little calmer and think things through.

I just read something about this in an education journal. It said the activity and movement seen in those with ADD/ADHD is what helps them to focus. Don't know if it's true or not, but really interesting stuff.

Yeah, I changed my lifting around. Dropped the weight and upped the reps. For whatever reason, my body responded.

Lifting twice a day now too. 3 on/1 off...repeat.

Tris/Delts AM - Chest PM
Quads AM - Hams/Calves PM
Bis/Traps AM - Back PM

No cardio. Clean diet.

She ran cross country in college, she's 24 now and already through grad school and has a good job, she still works out a lot and hopefully will maintain.

Things I don't like...she has the worst diet known to man...lives on candy and ice cream, and doesn't eat red meat or any meat that comes on a bone. Her new puppy, I love and hate the thing, it's crazy cute but bites me a lot and barks and is a constant cock blocker. It's quite a bit bigger than the pic now.
