haven't weighed in lately, last weight was 2 weeks ago at 265, but I'm guessing a dropped some since dropping the tren .

but then again I did get called out on friday for steroid use so idk about weight...I want to cut to sub 240 now and maybe even lower before starting my next cycle.

gonna do lots of cardio, weight lift 1-2x per week only
and keep cals and protien in the same range I was gaining on cycle on, so not a super restrictive diet...plenty of food.

but, once it popped there was no working though it...it felt pretty good at the start of practice that day.
