I found a nice apartment in the listings today... going to call tomorrow and see if I can get a tour. It's small and expensive, but great location and amenities.

My finals aren't for a couple more weeks.

I've held off really telling her about moving because I (we) have to give 30 day notice on leaving this place and then she'll have to figure out where she's going.... point is, I know those last days are going to be miserable as fcuk living here... no reason to set that shit bomb off any earlier than I have to. I'm already unhappy enough to search for a new place.

As I said, sometimes it's positively lovely to live with her, and we do have a nice place in a good area for not too much dough. This move would cramp my style another $300/mo. or something. Not to be taken lightly for a broke-ass fool like me.

It'll be a bitch on the rental app explaining that I don't have a job... it was hard enough when I was a "part-time server". Now I can't even put that.

I'll tell them, but it's still difficult when people don;t see a "job"... last time I had to go over "how the stock market works 101" with a clueless management company employee... She's telling me that my documents don't show any money. Stocks are money lady. They pay me dividends and I can sell shares for more money...
