Dukki I slipped on my hardwood floor yesterday and landed on my wrist, it's ****ed today, hurts bad, not too swollen though so I think it's just a sprain.
My test is kicking in and all I wanna do is lift heavy weight but now looks like I'll need some time off from training
hopefully only a couple days.
Cardio and abs here we come!

Peter was happy to see me today, thinks I look much more like a bodybuilder instead of dwindling away, doesn't think I've lost any condition since I put carbs back in my diet. Its a balancing act and at where I'm at I can cruise up in the show
