man I feel crappy from the shoulders up, headache cou***ng thick mucus soar throat, but I feel healthy from the shoulders down. I dont know if I should be training or not. I can eat just fine, and feel I have normal energy levels.

Heavy drinking on thanksgiving. I think that I am going to start my tren today. I cant remember if it is today, or next week, but I am going to my parents house for christmas and I want to look good when I go hit the gym with my brother.
