    They absolutely could be, when you are surrounded by sick people, it's bound to happen and my immune system is just out of order at the moment. I worked at a hospital for only 3 months because I was sick non stop and it just wasn't worth it, now I'm around far less people so it's not as bad.

    There has also been a lot of sick people at the gym, some with meningitis so I'm going to make sure I'm all better before I go back

    zumba is a dance class, it's high intensity cardio...but it includes latin dance as well as some hip hop dancing depending on who instructs
